Laurence Laborie was born in the North of France in 1967. Her passion for photography started when she was an adolescent when she discovered an instamatic camera on a public bench in a park. After graduating, Laurence discovered the fashion universe becoming a model in Paris. This professional path let her discover her true vocation: professional photographer.

In her first years, she shot images in exterior with natural lights, but her research on beauty lead her to elaborated lighting in studio. ” The light that I select for my pictures is the key to captivate beauty and emotion. The woman I love to narrate through my images, is fragile but sensual, sharp but free, she fills the space by her presence”.
