Designed by BC&J Architecture, the Olympic View House was located on Bainbridge Island in Washington State. The site constraints included steep slopes, drainfield setbacks and a zoning variance. The resultant building footprint reflects these constraints in a manner which ultimately accommodated the Owner’s goals for the house.

Lilacs and Laughter house is located in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. This cottage looks as if it’s from fairy-tale both outside and inside. There are wooden beams on the ceiling, bookshelf for is placed above, it’s a very interesting way to put the books as you can place many of them. The furniture is vintage and a little bit rustic. The antique-styled fireplace helps to support the vintage and fairy-tale atmosphere. The colors chosen are mostly warm to add some coziness and feeling of comfort.
