Monteverdi is a retreat located in Castiglioncello del Trinoro, Italy, and was designed by Ilaria Miani. The structure is surrounded by the stunning Tuscan countryside, and its interior makes use of the rustic element of the exposed ceiling beams and stone walls to add character.

The Villa is located in a quiet suburb called Ramot Hashavim which is near Raanana and Ramat Ha Sharon. This area is full of history and was in fact the first agricultural community to be founded in Israel by German immigrants in 1933 who set up a moshav of small farms close to the city.

Designed by Architects, DIALOG, the Southlands Residence nestles into a mature, heavily vegetated corner site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. A year-round fresh water stream divides the irregularly shaped property as it threads its way below Marine Drive to the south. The lush basin resulting from long-standing environmental forces sets the stage for a dramatic and highly contextual architectural response.
