Rebekah is a San Francisco Bay Area, California based artist who’s passionate about photography and Photoshop. Her personal opinion about photography, no matter how technically perfect a photograph is, if it lacks a soul, it is not a photograph. It is far better to be passionate than to be technically perfect.
