Having a privileged location in the attic of a downtown building, this apartment in Madrid was organized and decorated to accommodate a couple in a bright, sophisticated and refreshing environment. Invaded by color, this place features so many beautiful details that we found it hard not to enjoy each and every photo in detail. This excellent makeover was the architect Charlie Diaz, who opted for a loft that is both aesthetic and fun. As far as the structure of the apartment is concerned, the available 90 square meters were divided into two floors with lounge, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. The second level is well differentiated through the presence a walk-in shower next to the bed, a large roof window and a terrace.
